R.L. Schmitt Company manufactures a full line of standard and special carbide and ceramic thread plug gages. Thread plug gages can be manufactured in taperlock, reversible and trilock styles. They can also be made to class “W” and class “X” tolerances as well as STI or Helicoil.
In addition, we are proud to have recently added state-of-the-art CNC machinery for the manufacturing of our thread gages and have the ability to provide exceptionally consistant and highly accurate gages with beautiful surface finishes. This machinery allows us to produce both standard and special thread gages with a rapid turn-around and we are always happy to quote your custom, per-print items.
